- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
- Maintain accurate records and document all services provided
- Travel between assigned schools to deliver effective therapy services and support
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience working within school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and school staff
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between school locations as required
